All deliverables including 3D motion graphics, brand design systems, and digital campaign architectures remain the intellectual property of PrimeNexisTech until complete order settlement is verified on-chain or via primary fiat channels.
3. GDPR DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
PrimeNexisTech processes user data in strict adherence to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
- Data Collected: Name, contact details, campaign requirements, wallet references.
- Purpose: Execution of client service contracts, project milestones, and invoicing.
